  • everything is made to order.

  • you can always customize your order/s. just send us a message for your desired design.

  • orders will take up to 3 to 5 days or more, depending on the quantity of orders, to be completed.

  • production will begin after payment has been received.

  • please note that color may differ due to lighting.

  • strictly no cancellation of orders.

  • we accept bulk orders, but please inform us weeks or months (depending on the quantity and items) prior the deadline required.

  • for bulk orders (amounting to P500 and up), we'll be requesting a 50% down payment to secure the order. incase there will be a need to cancel the order, the down payment will not be returned and no item will be given.

  • tiny to very mininal bubbles might be present.

  • pick ups will be scheduled once the orders are completely packed.

  • orders are packed carefully to ensure that the item/s won't be damaged. mishandling of the courier is beyond our control.

  • resin crafts are quite fagile. please handle them with care.
